- Full payment for the rental is required at the time the reservation is made.
- Reservations may be canceled for a full refund if canceled by 10:00 AM on the day before the scheduled pickup date.
- Reservations canceled after 10:00 AM on the day before pickup, or reservations where the customer does not show up for the scheduled pickup, will be subject to a $10 cancellation/no-show fee. The $10 fee will be deducted from the customer's refund, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Because trailers may be moved between our Tampa and Lakeland locations, customers are encouraged to call or text before making a reservation to confirm that the requested trailer is available at their preferred pickup location.
- Early and late pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Customers must contact us in advance to confirm any pickup outside of our regular 9:00 AM–5:00 PM business hours.
Important: A reservation is not considered confirmed for a specific pickup location until trailer availability has been verified.
